About Natural Interaction

Natural Interaction is a user-centered design agency based in Bristol.

Our user-centred design approach involves building lasting relationships with your stakeholders and customers.

Why Natural Interaction?

We’re a small team who deliver big results for ambitious clients. We don’t hide the people who do the work behind layers of account management. This is because collaboration is at the heart of our approach.

UX goes far beyond user interface design. We take into account every interaction your customers have with the organisation.

Everything should feel simple, natural and consistent.

Perhaps you’re wrestling to digitally transform an established automotive business? Maybe you work for a software startup aiming to find product/market fit? Are you running a succesful eCommerce business and just want to increase conversion?

Let’s achieve great things, together.

Will we get on?

For us to get along, you’re probably going to be a little bit adventurous. We’re not talking reckless abandon here – we’re very nerdy when it comes to evidence, analytics and data. But to be a good match you’re going to have to be willing to throw out the old agency / client relationship rules and get creative about how we work on this together. You won’t be satisfied by mediocrity – you’ll be looking for something that makes your customers happy and gets them spending.

We’ve worked with retailers, software startups and global automotive clients, but we’re not fussy – we just love having a problem to get our teeth into. If you have customers and want to interact with them better, chances are we can help.

Our partners

We believe that multi-disciplinary doesn’t necessarily mean multi-expertise. Working with specialist partners who share our values keeps us on our toes and gives us the benefit of their experience without descending into groupthink.

We often work with branding and creative gurus Phoenix Wharf and with Magento eCommerce specialists The Pixel, bringing in other expertise depending on the project.
